Release of Liability Agreement

Everywhen in the Woods (Camp Loma, Los Gatos, California)

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

By purchasing a ticket for, entering, attending, or remaining at Everywhen in the Woods (the “Event” or “Activity”) at Camp Loma, 29650 Highland Way, Los Gatos, CA 95033, I agree to all terms below. Admission to the Event serves as acceptance of these terms. If I do not agree, I will not attend.

If I obtain tickets for any other person, I acknowledge I am acting as that person’s agent and I agree to these terms on their behalf. I will notify each such person of these terms.

1) Voluntary Participation / Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily attending the Activity and assume all risks associated with my attendance, which may include physical and/or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death, or economic loss. These injuries or outcomes may arise from my own actions, the actions of others, inaction, negligence, or the condition of the Activity’s location or facilities.

I understand this Event takes place in a forested, rustic environment with inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Uneven terrain, roots, rocks, slopes, holes, mud, and slippery surfaces
Low visibility at night and limited lighting on paths
Weather changes and environmental exposure (heat, cold, wind, rain, fog, damp conditions, falling branches)
Wildlife, insects, plants, allergens, and other natural hazards
A flowing river and water-adjacent areas, which create slip and fall risk and other hazards
Music and production environments, including sound levels, lighting, cables, trip hazards, crowd movement, and physical activity such as walking, dancing, and camping
Vehicular traffic, parking areas, loading/unloading, and travel to and from the site (including air travel)

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk of property loss, personal injury, and death that may occur by attending the Activity, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, including travel to and from the Activity and any events incidental to it.
