This is a guided experience designed to slow perception and deepen sensory awareness.

Participants gather at Magic Spot and begin by arriving quietly. Attention shifts to breath and to the steady sound of the river moving over stone. From there, a guide offers simple, structured invitations that bring awareness to the body and the surrounding environment.
